Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Define brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging, to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the development of brand campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand message and resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to ensure brand alignment and integration across all initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage brand budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Measure and analyze key performance metrics, brand health, and campaign effectiveness to track progress and optimize brand performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing brands in competitive markets.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with a passion for developing compelling brand narratives and visual identities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with brand management tools, marketing analytics, and digital marketing platforms.Job
