Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback, user research, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to prioritize features and enhancements, and drive product development from concept to launch.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define and prioritize product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Act as a champion for the product internally and externally, and effectively communicate product updates, features, and benefits to stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.=
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, product management tools, and project management software.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
