Mission focus :

• Ensure daily Level 1 IT support.
• IT Stock procurement and follow up.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Ensure efficient Ivanti usage to report incidents and service requests.
• Perform a complete daily IT Checklist.
• Active participation in the IT Projects implementation.
• IT Infrastructure Monitoring.
• Meet Local KPI?s Targets.
• Ensure IT Hardware and Software maintenance.
• Network et systems administration.
• Dynamic, Professional and task oriented.
• Punctual.
• English and French mandatory.

Requirements :

• Education : Bac + 2/3 in Information Technology
• 2 years minimum experience in a similar position
• Competencies in Windows Server 2016/2019, Cisco Switching
• English and French are mandatory
