What you will do

  • Lead the pre-sales, sales, and solutioning activities involving major account(s), customer units, and product/service areas utilizing a strategic vision to develop long term business opportunities.
  • Spear heads the acquisition and growth of profitable business with major accounts through proactive business development and management of resources based on optimal understanding and handling of customers’ business, operations, and objectives.
  • Be responsible for account development, sales forecasting, cost control, and expense management activities for assigned major account(s) for optimal business performance.
  • Represent the pre-sales, sales, and solutioning functions to develop business relations and actively chip in to making customers successful.
  • Manage customer proposal activities and critical issues including crucial areas of business negotiations, proposal creation, proposal presentation, and RFP (request for proposal) responses.
  • Collaborate and connect with relevant functions to ensure suitable products and solutions are being offered to customers.
  • Implement major initiatives for process development and tools adoption to enable a successful digital sales organization for optimal business results.
  • Thrive to achieve sales and business development targets and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee solution deliveries with major account(s) to ensure appropriate levels of quality and profitability.
  • Inspire and lead hard-working presales, sales, and solutioning teams to achieve maximum business results as well as internal competence development.
  • Maintain managerial responsibility for sales and margin targets for major technology areas, account(s), and product/service areas.

You will bring

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum bachelor level in computer science, engineering or similar
  • Minimum 12 years of experience into presales and/or sales function in a multinational organization.
  • If you have handled services and application development management presales and/or delivery experience that would be an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge in the Telco OSS and BSS domains
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Created lucrative and successful internal and external cases
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and profitable margins selling IT services
  • Consultative selling skills.
  • Problem solving & critical thinking.
  • Presentation & communication skills.
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills.
  • Ability to drive different internal organizations.
