A computer engineer by training, she worked for more than 20 years in multinationals such as Oracle, Indra Sistemas, Atos and Sopra, where she held positions of responsibility in the areas of management , business development and international project management .
Since 2021, she has devoted herself fully to supporting individuals and organizations through professional coaching , human leadership training and collective intelligence approaches.
It also operates on the scale of the African continent, supporting dynamics of transformation , empowerment and skills development .
