A Decade of Vision:
In 2013, she embarked on a journey with Locus English, laying the foundation for a decade of impactful language and communication instruction in Morocco. This venture set the stage for her current role, where, since December 2019, she has led English and Soft Skills to become a driving force in the realm of communication and soft skills for professionals across all industries in Morocco.
Leadership Across Industries: Her professional journey has been marked by leadership roles at Next Group PLC, Dewhirst (Marks & Spencer/NIKE/Adidas/Ralph Lauren), and Greencore (M&S, Sainsbury, Tesco, Waitrose). From steering supply chain management to shaping purchasing logistics strategies for major brands, her experiences have been diverse, providing a unique perspective on professional development.
Educational Background:
She earned her BA in Business and Management from the University of North London. Committed to staying at the forefront of coaching methodologies, she became a certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and completed the Coaching Skills for Managers program at the University of California, Davis.
