In 2020, Kaouter transitioned into the consulting industry, joining Wepartner Consulting. Her role involved structuring HR functions and processes for the firm. She played a crucial part in optimizing organizational frameworks and enhancing HR efficiencies. Additionally, Kaouter supported the WeFree community, a network of independent consultants and transition managers, by providing strategic guidance and operational support.
Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Wesearch Consulting in 2023.
