I am Maha Bentoudja, HR Manager at WEngage, with over 20 years of experience in the call center industry and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. I joined WEngage, formerly IPG, from its inception and have worked my way up to head the HR department for almost two years now.
Since stepping into this role, we’ve introduced several initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being, leading to a significant boost in both employee satisfaction and productivity. We’ve also implemented a new onboarding approach and skills development programs.
