- Growth Initiatives: Execute plans to drive partner growth through promotions, marketing activations, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to deliver outstanding service to partners.
- Revenue Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue through commission renegotiations and asset sales.
What You Will Bring:
- At least 5 years of experience in high-performance, fast-paced environments
- Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance
- Strong business acumen and data-driven approach
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Fluent in French & English
