Your Journey:
- Lead Strategic Projects: Own and lead critical projects that align with the company’s strategic priorities, collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to solve complex challenges.
- Business Concept Evaluation: Evaluate and test new business concepts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving innovation.
- Market Analysis & Intelligence: Support the team in analyzing market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Competitor Intelligence: Continuously build and refine a robust competitor intelligence framework, ensuring the team stays ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration & Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a supportive environment, helping the organization grow, develop, and innovate.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or a fast-paced analytical role in a high-growth environment.
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience leading complex projects, from defining the scope to executing high-quality analysis and delivering results.
- Problem Solving: A strong ability to structure, break down, and analyze complex problems, turning them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, and successfully driving projects across multiple departments.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely (both written and verbally).
- Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in SQL and G-suite (Sheets, Slides), with strong analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, results-driven attitude with an eye for opportunities and a passion for taking ownership and solving problems creatively.
