Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Define brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging, to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of brand campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand message and resonate with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to ensure brand alignment and integration across all initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage brand budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Measure and analyze key performance metrics, brand health, and campaign effectiveness to track progress and optimize brand performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing and growing brands in competitive markets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with a passion for developing compelling brand narratives and visual identities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with brand management tools, marketing analytics, and digital marketing platforms.Job
