Your Mission:

  • Drive Sales of Ad Products: Lead the sales of our client's advertising products to FMCG brands, building strong relationships with strategic advertisers and prospects.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage and coordinate ad campaigns from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and insights to recommend tailored advertising solutions that meet the specific needs and objectives of FMCG brands.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of campaigns, assess their impact on partner brands, and report on the overall success and opportunities for optimization.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet the yearly objectives set with partner brands, continuously identifying new opportunities to grow and improve.
  • Create Success Stories: Develop and share best practices and success stories to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.

What You Will Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year of Marketing or Sales experience at a leading Media Agency, Consumer Goods company, or e-commerce business.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a solid understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Languages: Fluency in both French and English (written and oral).
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing complex business challenges.
