Business Finance Lead

Job description

Main responsibilities:

• Management /Strategic & Business advisory
• Relationship Mgmt with BU, FO, Marketing & Operation
• Take Lead role in critical Change Mgmt
• Support deployment of Global/Zone/Local Initiative
• Support upskilling of team- “Finance for Non-Finance”
• Support upskilling of team- “Finance for Non-Finance”
• Challenge management on: 3 golden KPIs, mix management & segment approcach
• Work closely with all rest Finance team, SRM, Legal
• Review Pipeline &Customer Portfolio Analysis
• Perform Segment wise analysis for Topline & GM
• Performance analysis by Sales Leader
• Recommendation to Business basis deep dive
• Support request from Zone/Corporate
• Support request from Zone/Corporate
• Coordination with ETO on New Offers & costing
• Periodic meeting with Customer / Partner
• Monthly Performance Cadence Reviewgmt & FO team
• Monthly Performance Cadence Review
• Support Execution Team

Month end activities:

• Weekly follow-up & Month end closure - Orders & Sales
• Ensure Topline & margin landing as per Monthly Plan
• Collaboration with FP&A, ETO, rest of Finance
•  Monitor & simulate Labor recovery and Utilization rate
• Prepare deep dive & Analysis of Performance
• Review of Balance Sheet
• Support & Challenge BU VPs on performance

Forecast

• Lead role in RF activities with BU, FO, Marketing, Execution
• Review & Challenge Pipeline
• Support & Challenge Backlog Liquidation
• Anticipate & Challenge Book and Bill assumptions
• Consolidate Forecast input
• Simulate & compare topline and Margin vs Target
• Anticipate potential Risk & Opportunity to deliver forecast
• Collaboration with Stakeholders to mitigate Risk
• Lead role in Commercial and Weekly Call file simulation

Annual Activities

• Cascade Yearly Target to Business & Execution
• Support Marketing/FO for AMSP
• Support ETO for CSC/TP campaign
• Lead Role in Annual Labor Rate Finalization
• Support External Audit cycle – Quarterly / Annual
• Identify and drive action plan to achieve target

Qualifications

• Master degree in Finance
