Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Providing effective solutions to customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Updating customer databases and following up on customer requests.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Required Profile:

We are looking for motivated, dynamic individuals with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Language Skills: Full proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with office tools and CRM software.
