Description
Mission:
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with International & French sales channels to understand priorities and align marketing efforts.
- Partner with Marketing organizations and analyst relations to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct or leverage marketing research to understand market trends, customer business drivers, challenges, and priorities.
- Use this information to shape the Customer Value Proposition (CVP), ensuring it addresses key business needs.
- Developing Customer Value Propositions (CVP):
- Collaborate with Product Development experts to identify key differentiators.
- Position solutions effectively to meet customer needs and overcome business challenges.
- Create clear, compelling, and customer-focused CVPs that highlight the value.
- Sales Enablement Materials:
- Produce sales enablement documents, such as presentations, scripts, customer reference books, pitch materials, and emails to help the sales team communicate effectively.
- Ensure the materials are aligned with the CVP and tailored to resonate with customer needs.
- Sales Training & Support:
- Provide training to sales teams, ensuring they understand the CVP and can effectively sell the solutions.
- Conduct webinars and develop training materials, considering global time zones and regional nuances.
- Adapt CVPs to specific sub-segments or accounts with the help of local marketing teams.
- Campaign Support:
- Assist in defining the objectives of communication campaigns based on the CVP.
- Collaborate with the Campaign Owner to ensure messaging is aligned with customer needs and business priorities.

- Interpersonal & Networking Skills:
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across various cultures, roles, and levels of the organization.
- Skilled at building teams, setting goals, and motivating team members to achieve common objectives.
- Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage projects, particularly around the development and rollout of CVPs.
- Capable of keeping the CVP development process on track and ensuring timely delivery of materials and training.
- Communication Skills:
- Effective communicator with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and engage sales channels.
- Skilled in public speaking and capable of presenting complex information in an engaging and understandable way.
- Content Creation & Web-Writing:
- Strong web-writing skills to create clear and concise communication materials.
- Expertise in using PowerPoint for designing visually appealing and informative presentations.
- Creative Thinking:
- Able to think creatively about how to present stories and CVPs in a compelling way to different audiences.
- Comfortable with finding new formats and approaches to engage stakeholders.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory, as the role involves working across international and French markets.
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of Business’s portfolio, including its products, solutions, and value propositions.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or product management, ideally with a focus on B2B solutions.
