Duties & Responsibilities:
- Nurture & develop existing key accounts
- Maximise time in the field and engagement with opportunities
- Generate referrals, new leads and business growth
- Lead and manage multiple engagements simultaneously from a business and customer relationship perspective.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver high quality solutions and proposals back to potential clients.
- Keep track of new developments and ensure client issues are resolved promptly
