About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Multilingual Customer Service Representative (English, Dutch, French) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Welcome, advise, and support clients throughout their customer journey.
- Request Handling: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolve issues, and provide accurate information on products/services.
- Follow-up and Resolution: Ensure effective follow-up on requests and complaints, guaranteeing timely resolutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and propose solutions to optimize service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accurate information recording.

- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken).
