Key Responsibilities:
- Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with particular focus on Absence Management and OTL (Oracle Time and Labor).
- Collaborate with customer teams to design, develop, and deliver solutions related to Absence and OTL, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reports.
- Oversee the configuration and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud to meet client business requirements.
- Technical and Functional Expertise:
- Utilize your techno-functional experience to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. This includes identifying requirements and delivering solutions related to Absence Management and OTL.
- Leverage Oracle HCM technical tools such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, and BI Reporting to facilitate data migrations, integration, and reporting.
- Customer and Team Collaboration:
- Lead discussions and workshops with customer teams to gather requirements, discuss implementation strategies, and address integration and migration needs.
- Provide training and guidance to business teams and end users to ensure smooth adoption and use of Oracle HCM solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams (technical, business, and management) to communicate and implement solutions effectively.
- Project Management:
- Manage project deliverables and timelines for Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring that milestones are met.
- Coordinate with offshore teams in English, ensuring proper communication and alignment across geographically dispersed teams.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- If applicable, manage a team of consultants or developers, providing leadership and mentoring, particularly for teams of 5+ members.
- Ensure that the team follows best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and development.
- SDLC and Agile Methodology:
- Lead and contribute to full SDLC lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Work within Lean/Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- 4+ years of experience in a techno-functional role involving Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, specifically in Absence Management and OTL.
- Experience with Oracle HCM technical tools such as HDL, HCM Extract, and BI Reporting.
- Ability to lead discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reporting related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven track record in implementing Absence and OTL solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Communication Skills:
- Proficiency in French is a must, as all project activities will be conducted in French.
- Strong communication skills in English, particularly for coordinating with offshore teams.
- Team Leadership:
- Ability to manage teams and lead project activities. Experience managing a team of 5+ members is a plus.
- Methodology:
- Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle and experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with managing larger teams (5+ members) is a plus.
- Lean/Agile methodology experience will be beneficial for efficient and iterative project execution.
- Experience with full SDLC process to ensure the successful lifecycle management of Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
