Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, objectives, and requirements for consulting services and solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define project scope and deliverables.
- Configure and customize our software products to align with client requirements and business processes, leveraging product features and capabilities.
- Develop and deliver professional services engagements, including implementation, integration, customization, and migration projects, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Provide hands-on training and knowledge transfer to clients, end-users, and administrators to enable them to effectively use and maintain our software products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, recommendations, and best practices for optimizing their use of our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, support, and QA, to escalate and resolve technical issues, bugs, and enhancement requests.
- Document project requirements, solution designs, configurations, and customizations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products, services, or features to clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in professional services delivery, consulting methodologies, and customer success strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services consulting, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies, project management principles, and best practices for delivering professional services engagements.
- Experience working with software products or solutions in [industry/sector] domain is desirable but not required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for onsite engagements, workshops, or training sessions.
