About the Role:

Our client is looking for a passionate and ambitious Q-Commerce Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. As the second biggest category inside the company, this is a fantastic opportunity to help reshape how consumers buy groceries and products in their cities. Your Mission:

  • Relationship Management: Develop strong, proactive relationships with partners in your portfolio, understanding their needs and fostering engagement.
  • Performance Ownership: Take responsibility for your partners’ business performance, analyzing KPIs and making data-driven decisions to meet company OKRs.
  • Business Growth: Own the end-to-end relationships with your partners, from top to bottom of the P&L.
  • Partner Feedback: Gather feedback from partners and translate it into actionable insights to improve product, marketing, and operations.
  • Content Quality: Ensure the quality of partners' content on the platform.
  • Marketing Activations: Drive increased visibility for your partners through marketing activations at their offline stores.
  • Revenue Growth: Negotiate commissions and monetize your partners to help increase company revenue.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new partners, providing the tools and resources they need to succeed.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on sales and/or account management experience, preferably in FMCG or marketplace environments.
  • Skills: Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to solve problems using data.
  • Mindset: A "get things done" attitude, with a proactive, organized approach and an obsession with detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A high level of interpersonal influence with an empathetic, inclusive, and curious mindset.
  • Languages: Fluency in Polish and a strong command of English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Applications and MS Office (Excel); SQL and visualization tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus.
