In this Senior HRBP position
You will act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at the local level. You will undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across the employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research, e.g., providing legal advice, analyzing data trends. You will support managers with the hiring process, contracts, and onboarding new employees. You will facilitate the delivery of employee development needs and drive the employee career development program. You will conduct reviews, preparatory talks, and performance calibration meetings with managers in line with the defined Performance Management process. You will keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the HR industry and labor legislation. You will enhance awareness and compliance with company policies and procedures and legal requirements/regulations. You will connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties, e.g., external service providers. You will convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches. You will build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with the managers. You will understand customer and key stakeholder interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders. You will provide technical guidance to line managers and employees. You will be an individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees. You will direct the work of other lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs. You will coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
