Candidate Requirements:
- You are a graduate of a major engineering school or equivalent (BAC+5).
- You have a good level of French and English (Intermediate level with a good understanding).
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a good autonomy and the right technical automatisms in Java environment to be able to carry out your missions.
- You have already managed a team of developers and you like helping others, helping them grow and supporting them in their development.
- You have a good knowledge of Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, Oracle and the ability to quickly build skills on unmastered Frameworks.
- You know how to evolve in an agile environment and/or V cycle.
As a Senior Software Engineer JAVA, your main missions will be:
- Carrying out complex developments and grow in technical expertise in JAVA environment.
- Accompanying and coach a team of developers.
- Anticipating and propose technical solutions to move projects forward.
- Carrying out code reviews and ensure that developments are carried out correctly.
- Designing/transforming a variety of projects into micro-services.
