Your Impact within the Firm:
In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients reach new levels of performance by working on a variety of business performance initiatives. You’ll be working with a team of 3-5 consultants, making significant contributions to:
- Analysis and Design: Conducting thorough analysis, identifying business issues, formulating hypotheses, and designing tailored solutions.
- Implementation: You will actively participate in implementing these solutions, collaborating with the client team to ensure sustainable results and positive impact.
- Client Engagement: Working closely with clients to ensure recommendations are not only feasible but also have a lasting effect. This includes presenting your findings to client management and supporting them through the implementation phase.
- Learning and Development: You will gain new skills and strengthen existing ones through exceptional training, as well as coaching and mentoring from colleagues. This role offers continuous growth and professional development in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background and Experience:
- Strong Academic Performance: Ideally, a master’s degree or higher in IT, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in areas like IT management, IT architecture, technology delivery, and technology-enabled operations.
- Proven experience in IT strategy consulting, leading large IT projects, or holding senior roles such as CIOs, CTOs, or other senior IT executives.

- Ability to identify business issues and challenges, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Experience with designing and implementing business performance strategies, as well as understanding the impact of IT on business goals and competitive advantage.

- Strong functional experience in areas such as strategy, operations, technology, general management, and consulting.
- Deep industry knowledge in sectors like financial services, high-tech, energy/utilities, telecom, retail, etc., would be highly beneficial.
- IT Expertise:
- Strong understanding of IT trends and technologies and how they impact business strategy.
- Broad knowledge of technology solutions and their implications for business transformation.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Skills:
- Exceptional ability to solve complex problems, with a focus on quantitative analysis and developing actionable insights.

- Ability to lead teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute as a thought leader in IT strategy and business transformation.
